After PAMBRE TOURS has received your registration form and processed your deposit, we will send you your booking confirmation and payment receipt including a review of payments that are still outstanding and their due dates all via email.

Furthermore, you will be given an orientation package that contains information and suggestions for preparing for your trip with a checklist of essential items and other suggestions to make your journey with us as pleasant as possible.

Final registration

After receiving the final payment and signing the Risk assumption/Disclaimer form, we’ll send you a receipt and final details about your tour, which will include a detailed itinerary and list of contact hotels.

Individual supplement fee

Due to the nature of the accommodations, the number of single rooms available is limited. These rooms can only be reserved if they are available. In some instances, there may be a room that is smaller than a standard double room.

In case you’re traveling alone and want to share a room, we will do our best to pair you with a friend of your gender.

Cancellations / Refunds Policies

All cancellations must be in writing. There will be no refunds for arrivals after the agreed departure date of the tour (or late in any daily activity), departure before the end date of the tour (early), or any unused portion of a tour. The Risk Assumption / Disclaimer form must be signed and received 30 days prior to departure of the tour or the reservation will also be treated as a cancellation. Cancellation fees are detailed below:

Cancellations / Refunds Policies

All cancellations must be sent in writing. There will be no refunds for arrivals after the agreed departure date of the tour (or for any daily activities that are delayed), leaving before the tour’s end date, or for any part of a tour that is not utilized. 

If the Risk Assumption / Disclaimer form is not signed and received 30 days before the tour departs, it will be considered a cancellation. Below are the details of cancellation fees:

If the customer cancels, the following cancellation and management policy applies.

  • If you cancel 91 days before the trip, you will be charged 100,00 € per person for management costs.
  • Between 90 and 46 days before the trip starts, management expenses will be charged at 300,00 Euros per person.
  • If you wait 45 days to 21 days before the trip starts, 50% of the total price per person will be kept for management expenses.
  • If the trip is cancelled 20 days before it starts, 100% of the total trip amount will be kept for management expenses.
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the price will be retained for expenses incurred.

PAMBRE TOURS has the right to make changes, modify, or cancel a trip before it leaves, including if there are no participants (minimum tour: 3) or due to acts of nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control. In this case, any payment received will be returned in full, and this will constitute a full settlement. 

PAMBRE TOURS is not responsible for any additional expenses caused by a cancelled trip, such as the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets, etc.

PAMBRE TOURS reserves the right to accept, reject, or refuse the participation of any member of the tour at any time and for any reason. In such cases, PAMBRE TOURS’ liability to tourists is limited to the actual cost of unused services.

INSURANCE – VERY IMPORTANT


Given the above, we advise that you obtain adequate and personal travel insurance in your own country, including insurance for travel cancellation and interruptions.
